We hope this message finds you well. Please see below for the latest updates regarding our community:

Recent Improvements

• New Trash Service: We have successfully transitioned to a new trash service provider, improving both reliability and service quality.
• Insurance Savings: The Board renegotiated our insurance rates, resulting in cost savings for the Association.
• Quarterly Gate Maintenance: A quarterly maintenance program has been implemented for the gate system to enhance performance and help prevent costly repairs.

Community Updates

• Unit 3 Water Line Repair: A main line break that occurred in April has been fully repaired.
• Courtyard Tree Maintenance: If you would like trees in your courtyard trimmed,  please contact management. The arborist can provide an estimate during their next visit (homeowner expense).
• Homeless Activity: The situation has improved, thanks to the “No Trespassing”  signage installed by the adjacent property owner.
• Paving  Project: Road paving remains a top priority and is scheduled for later this year.
• Gate Rollers: The gate rollers are scheduled to be replaced in the coming days.
• Fence Repairs: Ongoing repairs to the community fencing are currently underway.

Looking Ahead

Several additional maintenance items are being evaluated and scheduled, including:

• Gutter  cleaning
• Mosquito pest control
• Continued rock-wall repairs

We will provide more updates as these projects progress.

Friendly Reminder: Please remember to pick up after your pets. If you notice a pet waste station is out of bags, email stacy@camanagers.comso it can be restocked promptly.
